Install EAN-8 Add-In for Excel
  1. Close all Excel documents on your computer;
  2. Download and unzip BizCode Add-In for Microsoft Excel;
  3. Double click the setup file "setup.exe" to install this add-in;
  4. Open a new Excel document on your computer now;
  5. Click "Install" in a pop-up window;
  6. Now you can see a tab called "Add-Ins" in the Excel menu bar.
How to Generate EAN-8 Barcode in MS Excel?
  1. Open a new Excel document on your computer;
  2. Click "Add-Ins" tab and a panel called "Barcode Settings" pops up;
  3. Select "EAN 8" in the "Barcode Type" pull-down menu;
  4. Type valid data in the text box of "Data";
  5. Click "Generate" button and an EAN-8 barcode is created on the document;
  6. (Optional) Users can revise the properties of the created barcode in "Barcode Settings";
  7. After revision, click "Update" and a required barcode appears on the document.
How to Link a Barcode with a Cell in MS Excel?
  1. Generate an EAN-8 barcode in a new Excel document and click "Link To Cell";
  2. Select a cell with valid EAN-8 barcode data and click "Update";
  3. Successfully, the barcode is linked to the data in the cell;
  4. Users can update multiple barcodes which are linked to cells at one time;
  5. To achieve this function, ensure all the barcodes are linked to different cells;
  6. Modify the data in those cells and click "Update Link To Cell" button;
  7. Now all the barcodes are updated according to the revised data in the cells.
How to Draw a Barcode List in MS Excel?
  1. Click "Add-Ins" to activate "Barcode Settings" panel in a new Excel document;
  2. Choose a list of cells in the Excel document;
  3. Input valid EAN-8 barcode data in those cells;
  4. Select all those cells and choose "EAN 8" in "Barcode Type";
  5. Click "Generate" button and an EAN-8 barcode list is generated on the document.
