Install ISBN Add-In for Excel
- Make sure all Excel documents on your computer are closed;
- Download BizCode Add-In for Microsoft Excel and unzip it;
- Run the setup file "setup.exe" to install this add-in;
- Open a new Excel document and click "Install" in a pop-up window;
- Now you can see a tab called "Add-Ins" in the Excel menu bar.
How to Create ISBN Barcode in MS Excel?
- Start a new Excel document on your computer;
- Click "Add-Ins" tab to activate "Barcode Settings" panel;
- Select "ISBN" in the "Barcode Type" pull-down menu;
- Type valid data in the text box of "Data";
- Click "Generate" button and an ISBN barcode is generated on the document;
- (Optional) Revise the properties of the created barcode, like bar width, font, etc;
- Click "Update" after revision and a required barcode appears on the document.
How to Link a Barcode with a Cell in MS Excel?
- Open a new Excel document and insert an ISBN barcode;
- Click "Link to Cell" button in "Barcode Settings" panel;
- Select a cell filled with valid data and click "Update";
- Now the ISBN barcode image is linked to the data in the cell;
- This add-in allows users to update multiple barcodes linked to cells at one time;
- Ensure all the barcodes are linked to different cells first;
- Modify the data in those cells and click "Update Link To Cell";
- Now all the barcodes are updated in accordance with the revised data in the cell.
How to Draw a Barcode List in MS Excel?
- Find and click "Add-Ins" tab in a new Excel document;
- You can see a pop-up panel called "Barcode Settings" on the right;
- Choose a list of cells in the Excel document;
- Input valid ISBN barcode data in those cells;
- Select all those cells after the data input is finished;
- In the "Barcode Type" pull-down menu, choose "ISBN";
- Click "Generate" to finish the ISBN barcode generation.
