Install Intelligent Mail Add-In for Excel
- Close all Excel documents to prepare installation;
- Download and unzip BizCode Add-In for Microsoft Excel;
- Run the setup file "setup.exe" to install this plugin;
- Open a new Excel document and click "Install" in a pop-up window;
- Now you can see a tab called "Add-Ins" in the Excel menu bar.
How to Create Intelligent Mail Barcode in Excel?
- Click "Add-Ins" tab in a new Excel document;
- A tab called "Barcode Settings" pops up on the right;
- Select "INTELLIGENT MAIL" in "Barcode Type" pull-down menu;
- Type valid data in the pane under "Data";
- Click "Generate" button and an Intelligent Mail barcode is created successfully;
- (Optional) Modify the parameters of the created barcode in "Barcode Settings";
- Click "Update" when you finish the revision.
How to Link a Barcode with a Cell in MS Excel?
- Generate an Intelligent Mail barcode and click "Link To Cell";
- Select a cell with valid Intelligent Mail data and click "Update";
- Now the barcode image is successfully linked to the data in the cell.
- Several barcodes which are linked to cells can be updated at one time;
- To achieve the function above, ensure all the barcode are linked to cells first;
- Modify the data in those cells and click "Update Link To Cell" button;
- Now all the barcodes are updated according to the revised data in the cells.
How to Generate a Barcode List in MS Excel?
- Open a new Excel document first and click "Add-Ins" tab;
- A barcode setting panel shows up on the right;
- Choose a list of cells and type valid data in them;
- Select all those cells and choose "INTELLIGENT MAIL" in "Barcode Type";
- Click "Generate" button and a list of barcodes appear on the document.
