19. Click the [numberofemployees] field and set the TextAlign property to Left and the LineHeight property to .1875in. to remain consistent with the other fields in this column and rows in the table. 20. Right-click the pager field and select Delete Rows. Resize the body of the Primary Contact table and move it down on the page so that it is no longer overlapping the Basic Profile table. Click the Preview tab. You won t see any data because the report needs an account GUID value to run correctly but you will be able to confirm that you do not have any errors. You must upload the report to Microsoft Dynamics CRM to see it work. 21. Save your report by clicking Save All on the File menu. 22. In Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reports, navigate to the Reports view. Select the Account Overview Sub-Report (in the All Reports, Including Sub-Reports view), and click Edit Report. 23. In the Source section, under File Location, click Browse, select the updated Account Overview Sub-Report field, and then click Save and Close. A warning message reminding you that you will overwrite an existing report appears. Click OK to update the existing report.

unavailable service are reliably queued for later processing . Because messaging is tightly integrated with the database, all of SQL Server s reliability and high-availability features, such as database mirroring, apply to messages as well as data . When a database-mirrored primary database fails over to the secondary database, the messages and the data in the database fail over to a transactionally consistent state . This means the application can be up and running again in a few seconds without manual intervention and no loss of data . The development features of SQL Server 2008 enable rich data-oriented services that are hosted in a database . Using CLR stored procedures for the processing logic and Service Broker as an asynchronous execution environment, services can be contained entirely within a database . This includes all configuration and security . The advantage of this is that by detaching and attaching a database, a service can be transferred from an overloaded server to an idle server without ending active conversations or losing any messages or transactions . Moving and even duplicating services without impact on the running application provides a great deal of flexibility in changing deployments in response to changing loads and conditions .
You are a consultant tasked with implementing Proseware s network infrastructure in Europe. You install a domain controller called London and create the Active Directory child domain europe.proseware.com. The DNS service on London is Active Directory integrated. Authority for the europe.proseware.com DNS zone is delegated to London. You configure the Preferred DNS Server field in the TCP/IP properties dialog box for London to point to London s IP address. How can you ensure that name resolution requests originating in the europe.proseware.com domain for resources in the proseware.com domain are dealt with efficiently A. Configure Pixie, Dixie, Tom, and Jerry as conditional forwarders on London. B. Configure Jerry as a master name server for London. C. Add Pixie, Dixie, Tom, and Jerry to the root hints on London. D. Configure Pixie, Dixie, Tom, and Jerry as alternative DNS servers on London.

As discussed in the previous subsection, structured basis testing provided six test cases for the routine on page TBD. Data-flow testing of each defined-used pair requires several more test cases, some of which are covered by existing test cases and some of which aren t. Here are all the data-flow combinations that add test cases beyond the ones generated by structured basis testing:
Here s how you specify the CurrentStateChanged event of the MediaElement in XAML:
CTEs are extremely useful in other scenarios where you need to modify data in one table based on data that you inspect in another. It allows you to simplify your code and, in many cases, avoid relying on modi cation statements that use joins. In SQL Server 2008 you can also handle such tasks using the new MERGE statement. I ll describe this statement later in the chapter.
After you choose the Customize and Options settings for the new template and click Create, the new publication is displayed in the Office Publisher 2007 window. This is a good time to save the publication as a template if you know you will be working with this publication type regularly. You can easily create your own template based on your current choices by choosing Save As from the File menu. In the Save As dialog box, click the Save As Type down arrow in the Save As dialog box and choose Publisher Template. Assign a category to the template (for example, Brochure) by clicking the Change button and typing a word or phrase for the category and clicking OK.
