Windows Control Library is a project template provided by Microsoft in Visual Studio in Languages including Visual Basic, Visual VB, and Visual J#. Project template Windows Control Library is dedicated to creating Windows Forms custom controls.

If most of the functionality you need is already identical to .NET POSTNET Generator control, you can simply extend .NET POSTNET Generator control to the control you need.
