Book VI 5
Code39 Drawer In Java
Using Barcode generator for Java Control to generate, create USS Code 39 image in Java applications.
Transforming Text, Shapes, and Images with Freehand MX
Encode Barcode In Java
Using Barcode drawer for Java Control to generate, create barcode image in Java applications.

Using Barcode recognizer for Java Control to read, scan read, scan image in Java applications.
Figure 5-8: Free-form an object with the Pointer tool
Printing Code 3/9 In C#
Using Barcode creation for .NET Control to generate, create USS Code 39 image in Visual Studio .NET applications.
Center of rotation handle
Code 3/9 Drawer In Visual Studio .NET
Using Barcode creation for .NET framework Control to generate, create Code 39 Full ASCII image in Visual Studio .NET applications.
4 Release the mouse button when the object is transformed to the desired shape The object is transformed
Code39 Drawer In Visual Basic .NET
Using Barcode generation for .NET Control to generate, create Code 39 Full ASCII image in Visual Studio .NET applications.
Using the Trace Tool
Print Code 128 Code Set A In Java
Using Barcode creation for Java Control to generate, create Code 128C image in Java applications.
5 You can now drag other handles to further change the object or double-click anywhere beyond the object s bounding box If you press the Tab key or double-click beyond the bounding box, the super Pointer tool swoops into a phone booth and resumes its former guise as the mild-mannered Pointer tool The object is still selected
Creating Code 3/9 In Java
Using Barcode generator for Java Control to generate, create Code-39 image in Java applications.
Using the Trace Tool
Draw GS1-128 In Java
Using Barcode encoder for Java Control to generate, create USS-128 image in Java applications.
You use the Trace tool to trace all or part of a bitmap image or any other FreeHand object When you use the Trace tool, you transform the pixels in the bitmap into vector paths and shapes The default settings for the Trace tool are optimized to produce good results without taxing your system However, you can modify the settings if your computer has a powerful processor and lots of memory Follow these steps to use the Trace tool: 1 Double-click the Trace tool (It s near the Perspective tool in the Tools panel and resembles the Magic Wand tool you find in Fireworks) The Trace Tool dialog box opens, as shown in Figure 5-9
Generate DataMatrix In Java
Using Barcode creator for Java Control to generate, create ECC200 image in Java applications.
Figure 5-9: You can specify the degree of accuracy with which the Trace tool traces
UPC - 13 Drawer In Java
Using Barcode generation for Java Control to generate, create EAN13 image in Java applications.
2 From the first Color Mode drop-down list, select an option You can use as few as 2 colors to trace a bitmap, or as many as 256 Choosing a higher value creates more vector objects, and your computer takes longer to perform the operation
Make Planet In Java
Using Barcode creator for Java Control to generate, create Planet image in Java applications.
Using the Trace Tool
Code 128A Scanner In VS .NET
Using Barcode recognizer for Visual Studio .NET Control to read, scan read, scan image in .NET framework applications.
3 Select Colors or Grays from the next Color Mode drop-down list If you select Grays, the traced image will be grayscale 4 If you re tracing a color image, select the RGB color model or CMYK color model from the third Color Mode drop-down list Select the RGB color model if your illustration will be displayed on a monitor; select CMYK if your illustration will be printed 5 From the Resolution drop-down list, select High, Normal, or Low Selecting Normal or High results in a more faithful rendition of the original bitmap; however, this produces more vector objects and takes longer for your computer and printer to process 6 Select one of the following options from the Trace Layers drop-down list: All: FreeHand traces all layers Foreground: FreeHand traces only the foreground layer Background: FreeHand traces only the background layer 7 From the Path Conversion drop-down list, select one of the following options: Outline: Select this option, and FreeHand traces the outline of blocks of color in the bitmap and creates closed, filled paths If you select this option, the Path Overlap field opens Select None for tracing text objects and line art, select the Loose option to trace an image made up of large areas of single colors, or select the Tight option for best results when tracing images like JPEGs with millions of colors Centerline: Select this option, and FreeHand traces the center of strokes Use this option when you are tracing a vector illustration with lots of line work and few fills If you select this option, the Uniform Lines option is selected by default Deselect the Uniform Lines option to create paths with varying stroke widths Centerline/Outline: Select this option to trace an object with the end result being vector objects with both strokes and fills Contiguous areas of color will be outlined with a stroke If you select this option, enter an Open Path Below value between 2 and 10 pixels When tracing, FreeHand leaves any paths below this number of pixels as open vector objects 8 Drag the slider to specify a value for Trace Conformity You can specify a value between 0 and 10 Select a low value for a loose rendering of the original bitmap or a higher value for a more precise rendering of the image with more points
